Algunas personas dicen que si vistes de negro es porque estas triste, y puede coincidir, porque cuando no tienes animo tratas de pasar desapercibida y que mejor que el negro, pero en mi no funciona asi, bueno, a lo mejor una que otra vez, pero por lo general puedo estar de lo mas feliz y usar este color.

Some people say that if you wear black is because you are sad, and it can match because when you’re feeling down you try to go unnoticed and nothing is better than the black, but it doesn’t work like this in me, maybe sometimes, but in general I can be happy and wear this color.

El color negro es mi favorito, por muchas razones, es elegante, te hace lucir más delgada, va con todo, es básico, etc. Cuando estaba en preparatoria y todavia en la facultad, era el único color que predominaba en mi closet.

Black is my favorite color, for many reasons, is elegant, it makes you look thinner, it goes with everything, is basic, etc. When I was in high school and also in collage, the black was the only color that prevailed in my closet.

Después fui combinandolo con otros colores para no parecer siempre que iba a un funeral. Sin embargo, algunas veces suelo usar un total look en negro porque me hace sentir cómoda, y quiero darte dos tips que nunca fallan y te harán que te veas muy original y le quitarán lo aburrido a tu oufit monocromático.

1. Combinar texturas, telas y tonalidades de negro.
2. Agregar un poco de color con algún accesorio.

Then I went combining it with other colors to not appear that I were going to a funeral. However, sometimes I use a total look in black because it makes me feel comfortable and I want to give you two tips that never fail and you will make you look original and your monochrome outfit wont be boring.

1. Combine textures, fabrics and differents shades of black.
2. Add a touch of color with accesories.

Este outfit que te muestro es de lo mas sencillo del mundo, son unos jeans en un negro muy claro, una blusa en negro oscuro, unos botines que tienen el detalle de tener el tacón metálico, y una bolsa de colores muy llamativos.

This oufit idea I show you is simple, black jeans (not so black), dark black top, booties that have a heel in metallic color, and a bag with bright colors.

Si no quieres agregar mucho color, puedes usar algunos tenis en blanco y listo! Tendrás una mezcla casual / chic y puedes ir a cualquier evento sin verte desarreglada. Recuerda que es muy divertido jugar con las diferentes prendas / accesorios que tenemos en nuestro closet y convertir un outfit aburrido en uno muy original.

If you don’t want to add too much color, you can use a white sneakers and done! the oufit is casual / chic and you can go to any event without look misaligned. Remember that is very fun to play with the different clothes/accessories we have in our closet and turn a boring outfit into one very original.
